When a tribal ruler inherits the player's feudal holdings on succession, the levies in each of the holdings (tribal or feudal) now held by the player drop to 0.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Rule a feudal nation with tribal holdings. Die. Have your succession set up such that a tribal character inherits.
