when you let your next dynasty member get elected and he has lots of money, it counts as you getting like 3k gold + in the first month, so liege taxes go up to 800gold... but liege taxes drop slowly so you pay 700 gold the next month like 500 the 3rd month till it's where it should be and you are losing all the money you should have

it happens on death of the doge when your next one has lots of money
