Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I control all 15 provinces needed to get gold achievement in the Monarch’s Journey first step. I'm only getting 14 provinces as result accepted. I'm the king of france. What can I do to solve the problem?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Reload the game. Withdraw title from the last count I conquerd.

Hello, I admit it isn't clear from the instructions for this challenge but you need to completely control all provinces. I.e. no holding (castle, temple or city) can belong to another realm. I can't easily confirm from your screenshot but I think the one not under your control might be in Maine.

Looks like it's the Templar holding in Leon.

You are both right. The templar are holding Leon. I kicked them out and got the achievement. Thx for your support guys. It is never to late for learning new things in our favorite game.
