Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Kingdom of West Francia was conquered by Umayyad, then Crusaded, then reconquered by Umayyad, then recrusaded.
Now the same character is King of 'West Francia' 'Crusader West Francia' and 'Crusader West Francia'
There sould be an event for the destruction of one title if the same character has multiples of the same title.
(In the case, the heir for 'West Francia' and the first 'Crusader West Francia' is not the same as the heir of the other 'Crusader West Francia')

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have multiple crusades for the same title.

I believe it's WAD. So you can do this swapping.

My point is not about the Crusader version of a Kingdom, that is perfectly fine; what I reported as a problem is the same character holding multiples of the same title (in this instance, France + Crusader France + Crusader France)

So he can found Empire of Crusader West Francia with only one de jure kingdom realm, how nice.
If you don't like "Crusader West Francia" just rename it.
Titular title is always useful. A kingdom tier one is much more useful.
