I wonder if it is a display bug since it put your regeant in the same place it normally puts your ruler, and you're always voting yes.

no, because I had him also actually oppose stuff (then his portrait was on the other side like it should be).

no, because I had him also actually oppose stuff (then his portrait was on the other side like it should be).

So presumably it is a display bug, then - it shows him as he wants to vote, but as he owes a favor to the other guy he is really voting as that guy wants, but the display doesn't show it.
