Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
a random neutral army attacks me for no reason despite being neutral towards me. I am not at war with that country, nor am I (or they) raiding. See the attached pic. They're at war with someone I am not fighting and I am fighting several people they're not fighting.
Apart from there no being any logical reason for them to be hostile they also appear as grey on the map, making their betrayal even worse.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
