The opinion penalty for having crown authority above autonomous vassals affect every feudal, iqta, republican, and imperial ruler in the world.

In adition the opinion bonus for having free investure doesn't just aply to my own vassals but affects other catholic rulers in the world as well.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play any feudal, iqta, republican or imperial character of king rank or above and have crown authority above autonomous vassals.

For free investure play a catholic ruler with free investure.

See the attached picture and save file in which the king of poland likes me (the king of England) for my free investure and dislikes my crown authority.
