Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Ownership of my great wonders was transferred to a foreign king while I stayed independent:

As the independent king of Brandenburg, I obtained a claim on the county of Berg and declared a claim war against the King of Lotharingia for this county of Berg. At the time, I had three great works in my demesne provinces. Furthermore, the countess of Berg was in a revocation war against the prince-bishop of Cologne (who wanted to revoke Berg).

After winning the war against the King of Lotharingia

- I was in a war against the prince-bishop of Cologne for the county of Berg
- said King of Lotharingia "took over as owner" (according to the Great Works history) of my three great works. He is now listed as the "owner" of the great works, which are however still in my demesne provinces. I cannot build additional features on these great works, but they province bonuses still apply to my provinces.

Only mods enabled are Ruler Designer Unlocked and my own "better forts" mod adding some buildings to forts.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
