as title says the palaces is providing a massive boost in retinue when on built on a trade post owned by you including fort, and its applying multiplicity meaning you can simply get 500k-1m retinue size pretty easily
i am using one mod, no artefact losing, i do not presume this is a cause.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
build a palace on a Provence with a trade post and fort and calculate the retinue, stacks with other palaces
