No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was a bit late to the crusade but when the pope got insulted I already had won a siege.
I got the crusader trait and at the end my beneficiary got a title.

This is probably the same bug as here.

Yes that seems more than likely.
Also, probably unrelated to the bug, we both played the same ruler (2nd Monarch Challenge guy from Wales).
