Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It seems that every non-muslim characters after the 1200s have no beards at all, even existing characters (with beards) seem to disappear and replaced with those without beards.
This has also been reported since 3.1.0 game version, it's been acknowledged since then but there hasn't been any fixes relating the bug, you can see such report here

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start game in post-1200 start date, and look at the portraits of Europeans.
