Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Children born after their father's deaths are of their mother's dynasty, if the mother has no dynasty the child is lowborn.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Have mother get pregnant by husband.

2. Have husband die before child is born.

It happened to me too, it's especially painful with tribal or islamic characters, when you have many wives or concubines and you can live very dangerously. When you inherit at two after the violent death of your father and you obtain two or three (half-)brothers not of your dynasty you can lose very quickly when one of your non-dynastic brothers inherit after your first hunt or a little boat tour.

Yeah I had an African game where I had an awesome brother who I couldn't nominate because he fell victim to this glitch.
