Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This has only been a HF specific issue, I have not seen it in any other version of the game. Everytime a child, male or female, has been born PH (posthumously) they have been given their mothers dynasty, not their fathers. Although they are still included in the succession, they are not granted any Princely titles either. I should point out, that I have only seen this in regular marriages, nothing has been observed in a matrilineal marriage as yet.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play as male character
2. Get wife pregnant
3. Kill off character
4. See what happens when child is born to widow
