Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This is my first rune with Proselytizing nature. I've done several proselytizing missions. At the beginning the ruler will either imprison my diviner right away or I get a message saying the ruler has ok'd the proselytizing mission. Sometimes the ruler will later imprison my diviner for converting a subject. If the ruler says it's ok to convert subjects why does the ruler imprison the diviner for converting?
Also, this may not be a bug but I've converted at least 3 rulers and they never request mass conversion.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
From my perspective it's random. I try to avoid rulers with the zealous trait though. So just try multiple proselytizing missions and eventually you'll get this chain.
