Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Being head of reformed Suomenusko religion as top title has open elective succession which causes game over on death even with heirs.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Become head of reformed Suomenusko religion, lose every other title above count other than the religion duchy. For me this happened twice in a kingdom level merchant republic.

You also can't create any other titles as duchy level head of the religion so avoiding game over is harder.

Try again without adopting Merchant Republicanism. I don't think the Temporal Titles were meant to be money-laundering fronts for Merchant Republics.

EDIT: The Sacred Woods is always Open Elective if you go with Hierocratic or don't have Holy Fury enabled. Specify how you reformed Suomenusko, and it's not really meant to be your primary title anyway. How did you reform Suomenusko? Like, with what features? Your Kill List icon indicates that you have Holy Fury.

I think it's open-ended. I would be fine if we were told you could only use the Fylkirate as a title that doesn't cause game over in a MR.

Yes I am using Holy Fury and took the temporal leadership, thinking it would stay like the fylkirate. It becomes an open elective title if I lose the MR leadership.
