CK II - Religious Liberation CBs from "Zealot Bloodline", and "Revoke Plot" from "Ruthlessness Bloodline" both don't work

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
On one character, I got the "unlimited religious liberation CB" zealot bloodline, but I could never declare a religious liberation war using it, even when all other criteria were met. I have previously gotten this CB from the random event, and used that with the criteria. It just doesn't seem to work with the zealot bloodline. On another character, I got the ruthlessness bloodline - but, when I plot to revoke a vassal title, the plot starts, but then disappears from "my plots" after one game day.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
First issue:
- Run 3.0 (CLCL) with all expansions
- Earn "Zealot" bloodline from event chain
- See valid Casus Belli against enemy ruler controlling provinces of your religion
- Earn a use of "Religious Liberation" CB through the random event, which will allow a religious liberation war
Second issue:
- Run 3.0 (CLCL) with all expanions
- Earn "Ruthlessness" bloodline from event chain
- Start a plot to revoke any vassal title
- Wait one game day
- Observe that this plot has disappeared, and you now have no active plots.

For the second issue i found this in the changelog :
Patch 3-01
- Fixed Ruthless Bloodline effect not working correctly, causing the Revocation Plot to fail unless fulfilling one of the regular requirements.

Found nothing on the religious liberation CB.

Though, upon further consideration - why would anyone want that bloodline? The effects seem to be similar to "declare war - vassal state", so as long as you have the legalism to do that (which you will want anyway for other legalism perks), and I don't really care if the guy paying me taxes and troops is Christian, as long as his gold is yellow. Making this into a giant holy war, which revokes all infidel-held titles in the contested area, would make it more of an advantage.

By the way i checked the changelog a second time now and found this fix in 3.01
- Fixed several Bloodline-related events and actions not properly checking that a Bloodline is active on the character in question.

That might have have also have had an effect on the religious liberation CB not becoming active.
Updating the game could maybe have helped.
