Rising Sun Leader trait doesn't show up

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I use the Warrior Training options, it only adds a blank space in my trait bars without adding any traits. Commanders spawned do have the trait, but the icon is wrong (two swords crossed) and the description is just rising_sun_leader desc. When I pick Buddhist branch it also only adds a blank space, even though the trait does show up properly in the picking event.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
