Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When using the CoA editing interface associated with the Ruler Designer DLC, the list begins with the second (which would be referred to as 1 when referenced in code) rather than the first (which would be 0). As a result, the actual first one is not available, and when you get to the last one of an image, an error occurs. If it is the last one of the image, then the second color channel is output for the entire CoA. If it is also the last file in the list, then the CoA editor will not display it at all. When trying to move to that CoA from a lower number, using the right-facing arrow, it is skipped, and you go back to CoA number 1. When you try to go backward from number 1 the button does nothing.

This is the case only in the character editor when beginning a new game. Near as I can tell, it is not applicable to the almost identical interface used to customize a house accessed from the button on the dynasty tree. This makes me suspect that the problem also doesn't apply to CoAs that the game randomly generates itself, but somebody should probably double check that just in case.

No screenshot since the bug is specifically something that can't be accessed, no save since this is before the game begins.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launch CK2 with Ruler Designer enabled. Click to begin a new game. Click to start a custom game. Select any character. Click the Ruler Designer button. Click the Coat of Arms tab. Press the rightward or leftward button repeatedly, skipping past the cases that work fine.
