On shattered world, if you start from tribal, turning feudal launches a wave of deseases on your lands. I don't remember a time where i did not have, at least, one or two epidemics in my lands. I am aware that it is because it spawns only in feudal lands (for some reason) and that, since i am the first feudal nation, all of the world illnesses start in my region. Maybe it only beacause i am also on a trade node but i doubt that.
This mecanincs ruins shattered world and shoud be considered a bug.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1: Start a shattered world game.
2:Become a feudal nation as early as possible.
3: wait a few years
