Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The problem is: aztecs appear in my game, but don't attack anyone! Their stacks just stay in provinces without declaration of war.
I have no mods, game was reinstalled, I changed game rules (date of aztecs invasion) from ´Random´ to 13th century but it did not help.

What happened with this DLC?
