Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The pure_architect_bloodline_01 Bloodline give ability to build special buildings on city holding.
The lv 3 special building offer 5% disease resistance.
The lv 4 special building offer 10% DR.
But it doesn't add on province DR.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

The pure_architect_bloodline_01 Bloodline give ability to build special buildings on city holding.
But it doesn't add on province DR.
The disease map still shows that this county has 0% DR.
The hospital holding icon shows 0% DR from buildings.

The lv 3 special building is Cleared Pathways, it gives 5% disease resistance.
The lv 4 special building is Great Aqueduct, it gives 10 % disease resistance.
Total is 15% disease resist.
I use the console: cash, techpoints and quickbuild to test the special buildings.

The 15% disease resistance didn't add on.
I build 4 Great Aqueduct on Venezia, it still has 0% disease resistance.
And neither the barony city holding nor capital city holding are not working with disease resistance.
And I spawn the disease on neighbor province, it sill doesn't change the infection weight.
