Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I started playing as King of Bohemia Premysl II at 1270. Everything was fine, I killed my wife because she was 40 years old and I had not children. After that I married with young queen of Portugal, because I wanted this titles for my future son - she agreed with clasicall marriage. My new queen gave me a four childs, one doughter and three sons. The first son had really good skills, I was enthusiastic. I expanded my Kingdom and I was changing the laws of responsability from council to the king and more centralized and more authoritats to the king. And finally I changed the inheritence laws to agnatic primogeniture. Everything was fine. My first son was heir of my Kingdom. At this time I wanted to be the Emperor of Holy Roman Empire and after the death of emperor I was elected as the new emperor. After a few years everything collapsed. My queen died and my oldest son, my heir, he became the king of Portugal, but after a few months this fact changed my heir! Game said that I have had a new heir, my stupid second son. I did not change any of the laws of inheritence. Now, my first son is still alive as king of Portugal and he is a member of Přemyslid dynasty, but he is not in the Kingdom of Bohemia as the heir. Now my heir is the second son without any reason.
