Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Alan culture currently has no regular cultural retinue. They do have a tribal cultural retinue (TRIBAL_RET_5) which is also available to non-Jurchen Altaics and Hungarians, but those do have regular cultural retinues as well.

The regular Byzantine cultural retinue, RETTYPE_CUL_BYZ, excludes Alans at common\retinue_subunits\00_retinue_subunits.txt line 590.

The other cultures excluded from RETTYPE_CUL_BYZ, Arberian, Assyrian, and Coptic, do have regular cultural retinues.

I'm sorry for reporting this if this is intentional and not truly a bug, but since every other culture I know of has a cultural retinue, I assume that the Alans not having one is a bug.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Be Alan.
2. Open the Retinues tab in the Military window.

A related issue is that Alans have Cataphract Training Grounds as their cultural building despite being explicitly excluded from having access to Cataphract retinue. Similarly, Assyrians get Cataphract Training Grounds as their cultural building too despite having a unique Heavy Infantry retinue.
