Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the father dies and a child is born from the mother, the child is always seen as a child with an unknown father and thus can't inherit.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
kill off father when mother is pregnant

Paradox still hasn't fixed it, but according to the Paradox staff member in the last one of those threads, it's at least been recognised as a "high priority" issue (whatever that means).
