Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
There's strange behavior with the vassal inheritance law when changed from "allowed" to "illegal" in multiple kingdoms in a short time. The law will display inconsistently, depending on which Kingdom you decide to check second, after your main title law shows up when you open the law screen.
After I THINK I successfully changed all kingdom laws to make vassal inheritance "Illegal" I see the following behavior:
If I open it to Kingdom 1 (main title) it will display as "illegal". Switching to Kingdom 2 it will display as "allowed" and then switching to Kingdom 3 will display as "allowed".
After closing and re-opening law tab:
If I open the law panel to Kingdom 1 (main title) it will display as "illegal". NOW switch to Kingdom 3 and it shows as "illegal". Switching to Kingdom 2 will then say it's "allowed."
I cannot actually determine if the laws were changed because it's inconsistent, but all three laws were voted on successfully by the council.
The issue is remedied by destroying the titles in question and creating it again as a workaround.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have 3 kingdom titles, all with vassal inheritance "allowed". Now with the game paused open the law panel and change all vassal inheritance to "illegal" by switching through the titles displayed at the top in that window for Kingdoms 1, 2, and 3.
Close your law tab.
Then check your laws by opening the law panel and doing the behavior mentioned in the above section (Check vassal inheritance laws in kingdoms in this order: 1, 2, 3 and then close law tab, open it again, and check order 1, 3, 2.). You should see inconsistent information on what's happening with the laws.
Thank you, good luck.
