Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I view the previous rulers of my bloodlines, it doesn't say that X was the King of 1, 2, 3 and 4. Instead it says that he was the king of 1 and 2 and the viceroy of 3 and 4 if these titles are at a later date handed out as viceroys. At the point X was a king, there were no viceroy titles, and as thus he shouldn't be described as the viceroy of 3 and 4, but as the king of 1, 2, 3 and 4, which he de-facto was.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Get a few kingdom titles
2. Create a bloodline while holding these kingdom titles.
3. As a new king, unlock viceroyal kingdoms and hand it out to your vassals.
4. The bloodline of your previous king will now be described as a viceroy and not a king.
