Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have dual monitors. If I alt-tab and play a video (be it online on YT, or in a video player) while the game is loading (seems to take effect during both initial loading and save loading, not sure), the game has considerable lag lowering the FPS to 10 or lower with >40-45 FPS on pause normally. This does not seem to affect time progression in the game, though (not sure).

I've also experience the same bug in HOI4 and EU4, so seems to be an engine-wide bug. Reported to the other games too.

Hi, I've tried to reproduce this but can't. what are your PCs specs?

Hi. The specs are below. I am not absolutely sure it's just playback, too. Seems like even being alt-tabbed can also cause this.

Intel Core i5 4690
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
16 GB DDR3
Windows 10 version 1809
Dual monitors, 2560x1080 primary, 1920x1080 secondary
Primary monitor with the game uses the dedicated video card, the secondary one uses CPU graphics.

Update: Seems like the bug is caused by the browser being open (while the game is loading?), weirdly. I am using Firefox 66.0.3. The issue is not in computer resources bottlenecking the game, that I'm sure about.
