Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My kingdom have High Crown Authorithy and now i have diplomatic malus (-20) from this with all other rulers (count and high) who are not my vassals.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Set high crown authority on any realm and check diplomacy with other rulers, pros and cons.

How duplicate? I'm talking about malus diplomacy with the Pope and foreign rulers from high crow authority, don't regalia on portraits. This stupid error still exists on 3.0.1.1 (ONDO).
