Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I agreed to the Pope's demand to loose a chunk of my prestige to get my excommunication lifted, however for the punishment the portrait of the Pope was changed instead of mine.

Ive been having this problem too its getting really annoying(at first i thought it was mods but turns out it wasnt)
