One line summary of your issue
Wrong Roman holding name

Game Version
3.0.1.1 ONDO

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
c_firenze and b_firenze have Florentiae for the Roman name. That is the genitive case, the nominative, which should be used would be Florentia.
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Florentia#Latin

k_jerusalem (but not k_judea) has 2 Roman names:
1 is a copypasted from Greek and others Philistia, and the other is Judea. Nout sure which one is intended to be used.

Many titles (like d_aleppo) have Greek names but not Roman ones, even though they would definitely be more accurate that, say, Arabic names.
