Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
During setup (in terrain map), when choosing Morgannid, Duke of Provence in 769, you can see Velentus, Count of Verdun, Forcalquier and Venaissin as his vassal, but when clicking on Count Velentus, the King of Middle Francia appears to be his liege (instead of Morgannid). After starting a game as Morgannid, Count Velentus is not his vassal. Playing as Count Velentus, Duke Morgannid is not his liege.

Addition: During setup on realm map by clicking through the County of Forcalquier you see (as expected) the King of Middle Francia, followed by the Duke of Provence, followed by the Count of Forcalquier, but instead of the Duke, the King is shown as the Count's liege.
