Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Hi,

An adjective form is lost (and it's replaced by basic name) when a new title is created from an existing one, e.g. with "Found a New Kingdom" decision.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. load the save file
2. check adj form in title customize window
3. press "Found a New Kingdom" decision
4. check adj form again

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
