Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I've seen this event a dozen times and it plays out the exact same way every time. I have a 90%+ chance of discovering whether my wife is unfaithful and a small percent chance of getting caught spying on her and every single time I am caught (even though I still manage to get the answer). The event is possibly bugged because the odds of NEVER succeeding with 90% (or better) odds is absurd and statistically impossible.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Event: A Question of Loyalty - choose the "discreet investigation" option.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
