File "00_landed_titles.txt" has the following text:
b_saarvesjaurr = { #Sââ´rvesjäu´rr
province = 408

color = { 35 10 145 }
color2 = { 255 255 255 }

cultural_names = {
russian = cn_girvasozero
russian = cn_hirvas_jarvi
}
}
The second "russian" shoud probably read "finnish"?

Open "00_landed_titles.txt", and you'll see it.
