Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I just go to the new game, I select Ivar the Bonelesss and then click the Ironman mode, and it is not enabling achievements.
I tried other rulers and nothing either.

Select a base ruler without having the DLC and it is not enabling achievements.

After reinstall it works. that should not be necessary to reinstall..
