Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My character is a duke, my liege king is married to my daughter. They have multiple children of king's dynasty and they're residing at king's court, no one in my court is their guardian.

When I right click on any unmarried courtier and hover over "Arrange Marriage" the tooltip reads "Arrange a Marriage between two characters at your own court". Yet I'm able to match my courtiers with my grand grandchildren at king's court.

Since I'm both the sender and the recipient when I click arrange marriage on my courtiers, I'm able to bypass my liege's permission and able to marry my grandchildren off to my courtiers as I please, even matrilineally to his son and heir.

If I try to arrange the very same marriage but this time by clicking my grandchildren then he is the recipient of the offer and gets to accept or refuse.

I'm not sure whether the bug or oversight is me being able to select my grandchildren of different dynasty at a different court, or me being both sender and recipient of the proposal.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

I have a (related/identical?) issue:

I have a granddaughter who is not at my court, but at my landed son's court. I am not her guardian.

If I try to 'arrange marriage' by clicking through my granddaughter, my options are limited to my court.
If I try to 'arrange marriage' to the child of an outside ruler, I can choose my granddaughter, even though she is not at my court.

Is this the same issue, a different issue, or an expected non-issue?
