Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
On the character screen of a dead character, the name of the title he held during his life is shown with an awkward space in front. Also, the flag of the title is shown with two layers of the overlay.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Find a dead character that held a title.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Not sure, the issue is just there.
