Baronies located in present-day Slovenia have modern names (Anachronistic)

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I've written about the issue in the suggestion thread (https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...-game-discussion-thread.1429121/post-27496916), before proper research that I should have posted in here, apologies.

To reiterate the issues, I will do a point-by-point recap.

1. The Barony of Gorizia should be named Barony of Goriza, since the town was Slavic when it came under Aquilean control in 1001. This was the first recorded use of the name. The names Görz (which is used in the County name and Gorizia, which is used for the Barony name, came just over 100 years later).

2. The Barony of Tricorno is a non-entity, named after the Italian name for Mount Triglav, which itself came from the German Terglau, but even this name came in the mid-15th century (so after the game finishes). Therefore I propose that it's replaced by the Barony of Tolmein (Tolmin), which is a town/castle in the region, first mentioned in the early 11th century (book History of the Tolmin region, 1882 - https://sl.wikisource.org/wiki/Zgodovina_Tolminskega).

3. The Barony of Ribnica should be renamed Barony of Rewenitz, which is more appropriate, as it was first named as such in the early 13th century. The modern name of Ribnica didn't appear until the 16th century. Ribnica itself is not very notable, with Castle Luegg being the prominent landmark, although since it was only built in 1274, I can understand the dev decision.

4. The Barony of Ljubljana should be renamed Barony of Leibach or Laibach. The modern name is from the 19th century and doesn't fit the time period at all.

5. The Barony of Krško is too far north. The town does not fit into the geographical constraints of the Barony. I propose it's moved south, replacing the Barony of Dobovec, which is not notable in the slightest. Also, the it should be renamed Barony of Gurkfeld. The modern name of Krško is from the 19th century. Also, to note, the town was not established in 895 as previously assumed, that has been proven to be a hoax (book Knight and Castle by Dušan Kos, 2005).

6. The previous location of the Barony of Krško should be renamed to the Barony of Cilli (also Zelia/Cilia but the former is better known, and has been since the 13th century). The former Roman colony and later the seat of the Counts of Cilli is definitely more significant.

7. The Barony of Maribor should be renamed to the Barony of Marpurch/Marburc, since the modern name Maribor was coined in the mid-19th century.

8. The Barony of Windische Buhel, is unlike all the others named after a geographical region, the Slovenian hills. It's rather a 15th century catch-all term for the region and it would instead be much more fitting to be named the Barony of Lutenberg/Luttenberg, the town with the earliest market rights in the region (1265), which would bring it in line with the other "Slovenian" baronies.

9. Finally, the Barony of Leibnitz has a typo, naming it "Barony of Liebnitz". Despite that, the first mention of the town was as Lipnizza in the 10th century and Libniz in the 12th century. The modern name Leibnitz is a 16th century name.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
