Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After the latest update to 1.3., I am not able to use the clickable arrows to navigate through passed spouses anymore to see to whom a character has been married to before.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Have a character's spouse die and try to use the little arrows to the right of the bereaved character to click through their marriage-history. The arrow does not react to the cursor at all.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
