Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I can't end lease of a city to a holy order that is asatru. I am catholic.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I am not sure, because I noticed it long after I got the county. In short I conquered it with holy war casus belli, left it be, lost it in a succession, gained it again and noticed the bug.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The city is Alkmaar in westfriesland.
