Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I tried to wager some land in a chess match, but my opponent declined to play. It was a ~70% chance to accept, and my opponent was a child, aged 10. After he declined, I couldn't use the interaction again for x number of years, just as if the game had been played, which I assumed was intentional. I decided to go to war with him, took a county, and ended up going over my domain limit. So I go to grant a county to someone, and I found that I can't grant the county that would've been my chess wager. Even though no match was played, and it's been almost 5 years since I offered to play, the game seems to think that the wager is still going on. Additionally, as I was only 3 months away in this save file from being able to play chess again, I made a copy, waited the 3 months, and found that I am now completely unable to play a chess match with a land wager (can still play for fun, fame, or gold, but the land option doesn't show).
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I imagine it should be as easy as offer a chess match with a land wager that gets rejected, then see if you're blocked from granting the title you would've wagered. The age of the opponent might matter (or it might not- no idea).
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I mentioned the age as I'm not sure if there might be some block that prevents a child from wagering in/playing chess, which might be checked later (something like: 70% chance -> pass -> set flags on wagered titles -> check if child -> decline match). Additionally, the land that I took in the war was the title that he would've wagered, had he accepted- I can grant that to someone without a problem, so I imagine this'll be "fixed" on character death (or changing hands via war or something). I didn't try to grant any titles before I won the war, so I don't know for sure if the problem started right after the rejected chess match or after the war with him, but I would assume it was after the chess request.
