Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I can't hover over the tooltip of the main char in the menu because there's a gap between the tooltip and the char.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Press F1. Try to hover over the tooltip of the char. You can't because it opens up the tooltip of the char in between them. Even when there's no spouse, it will still not work.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
