Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I can't launch the game through Steam. It opens the Paradox Launcher and when i press "Play" a red warning sign appears telling me "Launching the game failed."

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Open CKIII through Steam -> Launcher opens -> Click "Play" -> Game doesn't start

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I played during the Free Weekend and it worked fine. Afterwards i bought the game and it won't start via the Launcher

Reinstalling the Game and Launcher to another Partition and then starting Steam via Admin seems to have solved the issue. Thank you for the link.
