Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I conquered Rome with my Muwalladi empire, moved my capital there and then I notice that Ostia is leased to the Knights Hospitaller. I even dismantled the papacy a few months later.
Basically I can't revoke the lease, and the current Grandmaster is Muwalladi! I waited that the previous one died hoping it would fix anything but no.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just conquer a county with a lease to a holy order with a different faith.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
