Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I promised to one of my vassals that i will gonna build a church in her county in max 10 years, vassal died in meantime and i didnt build the church and the event of failing this pop up

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Promise a vassal to build a church in his/her realm
2. Vassal dies meantime but close to the limit of 10 years duration
3. Event of failing the promise pop up

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
