Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
1) Region Illyricum doesn't include Duchy of Lower Bosnia (Kingdom of Croatia) and Duchy of Tyrol (Kingdom of Bavaria), although these territories become de jure Empire Italy after the completion of the decision "Unify Italy".

2) Region Illyricum includes Kingdom of Serbia (without Duchy of Syrmia), although the description of this decision only refers to Kingdom of Croatia.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start a new game as a character of Italian culture and check the decision "Unify Italy".

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

LOL thank god, I wish that is how it actually was. Part of central Austria to unify Italia? No thank you.
