Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The Camelry building loses its supply limit bonus when you upgrade it to from level 7 to level 8.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play as any character and look at the tooltips for the camelry building. Or, look in 00_terrain_specific_buildings.txt, entry camel_farms_08 and see lack of supply limit bonus.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

This problem still persists in the current version of the game. Just noticed it myself.
