Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Everytime i start the game i cant use the Coat of arms designer anymore. The bars to regulate the Size and position etc. of the emblem is slightly moved to the right so i dont have full acces to it. This really keeps me from doing anything useful with the designer and its therefore useless.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue


Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
