parts of the bars to controll emblem size and position in the coats of arms editor are cut of also the text below

Close coat of arms editor, open it again.

i cannot not replicate the issue, its allways there, i even uninstalled and reinstalled, changed resolution verifyed the game files etc.
its always there. Which makes the coat of arms editor unusable

That is one of the most common duplicates I have seen in the last three months.
I hope fixing won't take another three months, as it ruins one of the most fun creative parts of the game for me.
