Crash of the game when triggering an assault on an enemy city during a crusade.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Triggering an assault on Acre.

In addition, I continued the game avoiding the crash by not assaulting Acre. But thereafter, any assault crashes the game. And those, even in another war, in another country.

The game even crashes on another savegame. And this always by launching an assault. I have completely reinstalled the game and this problem persists. I can't play the game anymore! Help!
